As Erin told me, <em>&#8220;not to mention we&#8217;re crazy about each other and our chemistry is so perfect it could only be God-designed!&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0 And that&#8217;s so true!\u00a0 As we talked, I found out that Erin learned to operate their family&#8217;s classic wooden tugboat by the age of 5, and she also worked as a deckhand from a young age. James grew up in the rural, pristine, mountain countryside of British Columbia where he discovered his passion for missions trips and helping others. We chose to shoot the engagement photo&#8217;s on the &#8220;David B&#8221; in Bellingham, WA. The owners of the &#8220;<em>David B<\/em>&#8221; were so kind, and allowed us to do the photoshoot on their beautiful boat. My good friend, Katie, also helped tremendously with the outfits and photoshoot coordination.
