Chinu and I were introduced a few years ago and since then have become really good friends. Recently, we were toying with the idea of doing a photo shoot. A bunch of suggestions were thrown back and forth until the Seattle Art Museum was mentioned. Instantly, we both knew\u00a0the S.A.M\u00a0would be the perfect setting- it was one of those “Ah-ha! Why-didn’t-we-think-of-this-earlier<\/em>” moments. And to make it even better, the Picasso exhibit was in town.<\/p>\n

I’m really happy with the way our session turned out. We had such a great time taking these pictures while being surrounded by inspirational art. There’s something about walking through a museum and being immersed in the creation of others. It’s such a personal<\/em> experience, and as Picasso said, “Art washes from the soul the dust of everyday life<\/strong><\/em>.” Isn’t that so true? We each take away something different, but doesn’t art leave us feeling inspired<\/em> and a little more…alive<\/em>? Whether it’s in the form of music, painting, or photography, the creativity of others always leaves me feeling refreshed. Art is like a daily multivitamin for sanity.<\/p>\n

The SAM photo shoot with Chinu left me feeling inspired. Not only is she a gorgeous model, but she has a warm heart. I’ve seen how much she loves her family and friends, and cares<\/em> about those around her. She’s an intelligent working professional with a quirky, slightly-sarcastic, sense of humor.\u00a0 Chinu has a gentle, fun, spirit, with the drive and motivation<\/em> to do great things in her life. How can you not be inspired by that?<\/p>\n
